Can I place a custom order?

Yes, custom orders are always welcome. To place a custom order, please get in touch with us via email, Instagram of Facebook and we will endeavour to make it happen for you.

Online Orders - How will I receive my order?

Once an online order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will begin to pack your order, ensuring it is it safe and sound for transport.

You will receive another email to confirm that your package has been shipped. Please allow 7-10 days. We are unable to offer tracking numbers at this stage.

How are pots and breakable goods shipped?

We’ve been around long enough to know that sometimes postage carriers don’t read fragile stickers, but fear not, in 2019, we came up with a solution! 

We have our very own custom made packaging inserts which ensure your pots and breakable items arrive safely. 

What if I receive a broken item?

In the VERY rare instance that you receive a broken item, all you need to do it take a picture of the breakage, send it through to us, and we’ll refund or replace your item.

How do I look after my new hand painted items?

Each hand painted item will come with care instructions as a part of your purchase.

Returns

Returns are decided on a case by case basis. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch and we can figure out the best course of action.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this stage, we do not offer wholesale items.
